ITINERARIES
The itineraries are planned very carefully, although for operational reasons, climatic, political, social factors or any other eventuality it may be necessary to change the order of activities on the itinerary or the specified route; Such cases are exceptional and will not be assumed by PACHATUSAN.
RATES
Rates are expressed in US dollars (US $) per person. And they are subject to variation without prior notice before making 100% payment.
GROUP SIZE
INDIVIDUALS: Up to 11 passengers (However, PACHATUSAN can grant group rates depending on the number of passengers and the excursions to be made)
BOOKING CONDITIONS
Any reservation must include the following information of the passenger (s) or group:
- Full names and surnames
- Nationalities
- Passport number (It is MANDATORY to issue bus and train tickets, passengers must have a valid passport to enter our country. Your passport must be valid for 6 months from the date of entry to Peru)
- Date of birth. and. Gender.
- Restrictions in the diet (allergies, intolerance to certain products, vegans, vegetarians, etc.) if any. The consequences that generate the omission in the information on the physical, medical conditions, among others; They are the sole responsibility of the passenger.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
PACHATUSAN requires:
15% of the advance payment to separate the date (Check availability previously).
35% of the payment up to 30 days before the start of the program.
50% of the payment up to 15 days before the start of the program.
Payment constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth in this document.

CHILD POLICY
PACHATUSAN does not work with children, all our passengers must be 18 years of age. Adults capable of making the decision of their actions of their own accord.
SPECIAL DATES
Our services will increase your rates during holidays or special dates in Peru such as:
Holy Week (Variable date every year)
Labor Day – May 1
Inti Raymi – June 24
National Holidays – July 28 and 29
Christmas – December 25
New Year – January 1
In case of booking on these special dates at the request of our customers, there are cost overruns on the suppliers that will be indicated in due course to be the occasion.
INSURANCE
We recommend passengers to get travel cancellation insurance, repatriation and international medical insurance to cover any inconvenience that may arise during the trip. We also suggest consulting with your doctor and updating vaccine control and reviewing any medical concerns regarding international travel.
LUGGAGE RESPONSIBILITIES
PACHATUSAN recommends that all passengers arrive in Peru with their own travel insurance, and have coverage for lost luggage. PACHATUSAN cannot be held responsible for:
Lost or delayed luggage during national or international flights.
Hand items or personal items forgotten by passengers in hotels, vehicles, or places visited during the trip.
We recommend that our passengers do not include any valuable items in their hold baggage during transfers and their flights.
SERVICES NOT INCLUDED
The passenger is responsible for all administrative procedures such as: Obtaining and updating passports, visas, travel insurance, overpayment of luggage, drinks, laundry service, communication (calls, faxes, emails, etc.), or other services and fees not specified in the itinerary
UNUSED SERVICES
Some services may be interrupted or canceled due to weather conditions, force majeure such as acts of nature, social upheaval, strikes, etc., or others beyond the control of hotels, airlines, other suppliers or PACHATUSAN. No refund will be made as a result of such interruptions or cancellations beyond our control. PACHATUSAN will assist the passenger at all times and modify the itinerary for the benefit of the passenger, as well as provide permanent assistance.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Requests for cancellations and reimbursement requirements must be made in writing and including all related information, and on our part you will receive immediate response after consultation with the service providers, indicating the respective charges for cancellation or cancellation of services. The request will be applied on business days.
CANCELLATION CHARGES
Different cancellation charges apply to different service providers. Cancellation expenses tend to increase when the arrival date is closest. PACHATUSAN will do its best to make these expenses as low as possible.
INCA ROAD SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The reservation of spaces on the Inca Trail will be guaranteed only by providing full names, nationalities and passport numbers of the passengers, and having been paid for the total income of the passengers. (100% NON-REFUNDABLE)
The reservation must have been confirmed first by email by PACHATUSAN, confirming that if you have the spaces available for the requested dates to be able to make the required deposit and send it (NOT REFUNDABLE, IT DOES NOT ALLOW CHANGE OF NAMES OR DATE, ETC).
VERY IMPORTANT: The following passenger information is mandatory to make the Inca Trail reservation:

In case of 2-day Inca Trail, the reservation with a minimum of 5 passengers is accepted. In case of smaller groups please consult.
The exact information provided by you will be reviewed by the government institution responsible for regulating access to the Inca Trail en route and will also be included in the official permission to enter on the requested date. There should be any changes to the aforementioned data (For example, The new passport number). We kindly request that you inform us via email as soon as possible. The government reserves the right not to allow entry to any visitor whose data is not the same as it appears in the official permit.
PACHATUSAN excludes any responsibility for non-entry in case the passenger information has been changed without being previously informed.
** Since the maximum income capacity is 500 people per day (including passengers and agency staff), we recommend making your reservations as early as possible to ensure you can find spaces for the date you want.
OTHER ADVENTURE EXCURSIONS
PACHATUSAN is not responsible for accidents on the route. All necessary support and assistance will be provided to evacuate and assist the passenger; All additional expenses incurred as a result of any type of eventuality or accidents in the programs will be covered by the passenger.

LIABILITY CLAUSE:
PACHATUSAN will not be liable for any injury, death, loss, delay, nuisance, damage to objects of personal use in relation to the provision of any good or services due to force majeure: illness, government restrictions, acts of civil war, insurrection or rebellion, strikes or other activities, criminals or terrorists of any kind, food poisoning, mechanical failure of the plane or other means of transport or for its late departure or arrival on time.
PACHATUSAN is not responsible for the error or omission of any provider (such as accommodation or the Transport Company), if the customer makes a reservation on their own with another service provider that is not ours. The necessary support will be provided according to our competences.
PACHUTUSAN reserves the right of photographic shots or filming record of any of its trips, and use such photography or movie records for promotional and / or commercial purposes.
