Day 1. – Ayahuasca ceremony at the Pachatusan spiritual center.

8:00 am – meeting with the shaman in plaza san francisco in the historic center of Cusco.
8:30 am – transfer from Cusco to Pachatusan spiritual center.
10:00 am – arrival at the spiritual center.
10:30 am – personal presentation with the team.
11:00 am – reading coca leaves.
11:30 am – negative energy cleansing ceremony with sacred plants is important for the ayahuasca ceremony.
12:30 pm – free time to meditate, reflect, and concentrate.
17:00 pm – preparation for the ayahuasca ceremony.
18:30 pm – 1st Ayahuasca ceremony, maximum duration 6 hours.

Day 2. – Ayahuasca ceremony at the Pachatusan spiritual center.

8:00 am – will get up
8:30 am – will have a special breakfast (fruit juice)
9:00 am – integration conversation so you can share your experiences.
11:00 am – you will have time to rest, walk free in the mountains to meditate, concentrate or do yoga, you can only drink water throughout the day.
6:00 pm – will do his 2nd Ayahuasca ceremony to have more visions.

Day 3. – tour in the sacred mountain Pachatusan

8:00 am – will get up to clean up
8:30 am – then you will have a good, organic breakfast.
9:00 am – we will start our tour, we will go to the pukara ceremonial center
11:00 am – arrival at the pukara ceremonial center
11:30 am – share experiences on the visions of the sacred plant.
12:30 pm – Lunch under the instructions of the diet, vegetarian food and fruits.
13:30 pm – we will continue with our visit to the hydraulic center of tipon.
17:30 pm – we will be back to the Retreat Temple to rest.

Day 4.- San Pedro Ceremony (Huachuma)

9:00 am – you will get up with a lot of energy.
9:30 am – have an organic breakfast
10:00 am – will make your 1st take of San Pedro (huachuma) to get to know, explore its interior widely.
11:00 am – we will talk about your experience with the Shaman.
13:00 pm – free time to go deeper and find the inner self.
6:30 pm – have a light soup dinner.

Day 5.- Ayahuasca Ceremony

8:00 am – will wake up to clean up.
9:00 am – you will have a special organic breakfast.
10:00 am – you will have enough time to reflect, dedicate yourself and do what you think is convenient.
6:00 pm – will do their 3rd Ayahuasca ceremony, with a good concentration and experience to better control their visions.

Day 6.- Diet

9:00 am – will wake up to clean up.
10:00 am – reflection and deep meditation to find the content of sacred medicine.
11:30 am – diet the rest of the day.

Day 7.- Ceremony of San Pedro (huachuma)

9:00 am – will wake up to be done.
9:30 am – you will have an organic breakfast.
10:00 am – he will take his 2nd shot of San Pedro (huachuma) will have a wide reflection of his inner being.
11:00 am – We will walk with the Master through nature, river, mountain etc.
6:30 am – we will have dinner before bed.

Day 8.- Ayahuasca Ceremony

During the day you will be on a special diet, you can only drink water during the day.

Day 9.- tour to the Huchuy Qosqo archaeological center

7:00 am – will wake up to clean up.
7:30 am – you will have a good organic breakfast.
8:00 am – we will drive past Cusco to the town of corao.
9:00 am – we start walking towards huchuy qosqo.
10:00 am – we make a thank you offering at the apacheta.
12:30 pm – Arrival at the Huchuy Qosqo Archaeological Center.
13:00 pm – organic lunch at huchuy qosqo archaeological center.
17:00 pm – we return to the retreat center to rest.

Day 10.- Ayahuasca Ceremony.

You can only drink water throughout the day.

9:00 am – will wake up to clean up.
10:00 am – you will have a super relaxed day.
10:30 am – free time to walk, read, meditate, etc.
6:00 pm – will do their 5th Ayahuasca shot to connect with Mother Nature.

Day 11.- Diet

9:00 am – will wake up to clean up.
10:00 am – reflection and deep meditation to find the content of sacred medicine.
11:30 am – diet the rest of the day.

Day 12.- Tours to the archaeological center of Tampu Toco.

7:00 am – you will wake up and have time to wash up.
7:30 am – you will have an organic breakfast.
8:00 am – in our private transport we will go to the south east of Cusco.
10:00 am – we arrive at the pumamarka community.
10:30 am – we start our walk to reach the archaeological center of pumamarka.
11:30 am – arrival at the archaeological center and we make a q’intu offering.
12:30 pm – organic lunch at the archaeological center.
13:30 pm – we continue our tour to arrive at tampu toco, place where the first four brothers Ayar (incas) originated
14:30 pm – meditation at the tampu toco ceremonial center.
15:30 pm – return to the ceremonial center pachatusan.

Day 13.- Ceremony of San Pedro (Huachuma)

9:00 am – will wake up to be done.
9:30 am – you will have an organic breakfast.
10:00 am – will do his 3rd take of San Pedro (huachuma) will have a wide reflection of his inner being.
11:00 am – we will walk with the Master through nature, river, mountain etc.
18:30 pm – we will have dinner before bed.

Day 14.- Ceremony of San Pedro (Huachuma)

8:30 am – you will have an organic breakfast.
9:00 am – in our private transport we will go to the ceremonial center of chakan.
10:00 am – you will do your 4th take of San Pedro (huachuma) in chakan and you will have a wide reflection of your inner being.
11:00 am – we will walk with the Master through nature, river, mountain, archaeological centers, etc.
12:00 md – we made an offering of coca leaves.
17: 0 pm – we will return to the spiritual center of pachatusan.
18:30 pm – we will have dinner before bed.

Day 15.- Farewell

Today will be a special day because it is the last day

We will carry out the most important ceremony, the Offering to the Pachamama or Mother Earth; performed by an Andean shaman, it is to thank and align in complete harmony with sacred medicine. This ceremony helps to find the balance between you and nature. We will finish with the Flowering Baths very happy to have finished all the ceremonies.

A preparation diet is suggested, at least 5 days before retirement. Preparation is really a very important aspect to participate in this type of experience. Diet helps to keep the body clean, and that is really very important and necessary to be able to live an optimal process.

We advise avoiding heavy and greasy foods. Do not eat red meat, although, it is recommended, essentially, a vegetarian diet, as healthy as possible, that is, low saturated fat, low sugar, low salt and few carbohydrates.

It is possible to eat all kinds of vegetables, and eat all kinds of fruits

It is suggested two days before the retreat not to eat high carbohydrate foods like spaghetti, cakes and refined flours. Do not consume sugar for a few days before the withdrawal. Five days before the retreat do not eat aged cheese and do not drink alcoholic beverages of any kind, nothing that contains alcohol, nor eat processed foods that contain preservatives or other similar chemicals, also avoid the consumption of drinks with stimulants such as coffee, black tea, green tea, yerba mate, etc. It is possible to drink an infusion of coca leaves, they help acclimatization and altitude. In case of using food supplements, please inform in advance all the details about the supplements to avoid possible interactions.

We recommend fasting on the day of your first ayahuasca ceremony, usually the first day of the retreat. You can only drink water.

Meditation practices are recommended before ceremonies. It is important that the person is rested before entering a ceremony. Therefore, it is suggested to arrive in Cusco a day or a few days before the retreat, and rest as much as possible.
