Reservation and cancellation policy

1. MAKE A RESERVATION

  • Reservations for ceremonies must be made through our website, by completing the form or by sending an email to: info@localhost. Inquiries will be answered as soon as possible.

2. PAYMENT METHODS AND CONFIRMATION

  • You must deposit a minimum of 70% of the total to guarantee the reservation. We will send you a link so you can make the payment with PayPal, by credit or debit card.

3. CANCELLATION OF A RESERVATION

In case of cancellation or change of a reservation, the following conditions will apply:

  • You can change your spiritual retreat with a minimum term of 2 months.
  • In case of emergencies or force majeure, the client may change their withdrawal date with a minimum period of 2 days before.
  • You can transfer your reservation to another person, prior coordination.
  • You can donate the value of your reservation to our projects that we have with communities of Ausangate in Cusco.

In case of reservation cancellation you can request a refund according to the following terms:

  • From 20-30 days you can request 90% of the value of the spiritual retreat
  • From 10-19 days you can request 60% of the value of the spiritual retreat
  • From 3 to 9 days you can request 20% of the value of the spiritual retreat
  • Less than 1 to 2 days will not have a refund.

Any cancellation must have a written response with our compliance, otherwise it will not be considered valid.

All cancellations must be sent to our email address info@localhost to be confirmed.

4.PAYMENTS AND TRANSFERS

The payment of 70% for the spiritual ceremonies will be made virtually through the payment links or buttons that we will send you, once we review the payment in our account we will confirm your reservation through an email, the balance it can be paid directly at our spiritual center on the day of your arrival in Cusco before the start of your Spiritual Ceremony.

5.CODE OF CONDUCT, FRANKNESS AND RESPECT

We ask that patients start their journey with: commitment, respect, open mind and open heart. The focus must be on safety, healing, self-respect, respect for others, and respect for medicinal plants at all times. Therefore, the retreat environment is substance-free, and patients who bring prohibited items (alcohol, medications, pills, recreational drugs, both over-the-counter and prescription, oral contraceptives, and other herbal or herbal remedies) herbs) will not be able to participate in your retreat.

6.-CONFIDENTIALITY

At Pachatusan Casa de Sanación Espiritual, all patient records are kept confidential, and for this purpose we are unable to provide personal contact information.

We may only provide information to those listed as the patient’s emergency contacts, and only then in the utmost discretion and only in emergency situations.

We ask that patients be respectful of other people’s needs, privacy, and travel. This includes being respectful of other participants’ requests and personal preferences for private spaces, or minimal or no post-retreat contact.

We take group photos at the end of the retreats so as not to interfere with the treatment of patients and to respect their sacredness.

The photos are used to document patient activities and are used anonymously in Pachatusan Casa de Sanación Espiritual promotional material, and by signing, patients agree to allow Pachatusan Casa de Sanación Espiritual to use the photos for these purposes.
